To change the settings, click on the cog icon in IE and choose Internet options, then change the setting as shown in the screenshot below. I'm not entirely sure where the cause of this problem originates but it must be in a system component common to all internet use. More than likely a cache-like component that Windows uses when it accesses the internet. #ORIGIN DOWNLOAD KEEPS GOING BACKWARDS WINDOWS# I believe that the TEMP directory and the internet cache are used to interact with downloaded content and might cause the issue.
